ISU Grand Prix Rostelecom Cup – Silver Medal And The Grand Prix Final!
Alena retained her second place in the free skating, won the silver medal and entered the Grand Prix Final, which will take place in Quebec, Canada, on December 8-11.
Having executed all the elements in the first half of the program cleanly, Alena became a little exhausted in the second half. But despite the mistakes on the last jumps, she was given the highest technical score of the day. The total 116.54 for the free skating is Alena’s new season best.
After the three GP events Alena earned 24 points and became one of the six skaters who will compete in the Grand Prix final.
