Ladies’ short program has ended in London, Canada, where Worlds are taking place. Alena is in the 13th place with 56,30 points. She underrotated and two-footed the 3T-3T combination, and then made a mistake on the 3F landing.

Alena finished first in the Cup of Russia Final, which took place in Tver, February 16-19. The final list of the members of the national team for the World Championships will be determined following the results of this tournament. Alena, who had failed to win a slot on the national team at Nationals, had been given one more chance to prove that she is worthy of representing Russia at the most important international tournament of the season.
World Chamionships have ended today in Canada. Alena placed 13th with 102,76 points in the free skating and 159.06 in total.
